Terms and Conditions of Purchase

Please ensure you send a photo of your child’s full head (face and hair). We will accept photos via email or posted to us to scan.

My Party Design requires full payment before any work will commence on an order. Payment is to be made via pay pal or cheque or money order. You can also pay by direct bank deposit on request. My Party Design will make all reasonable efforts to deliver party packs within 10 working days from receipt of full payment. In the case of direct deposit into the My Party Design account, payment will be deemed to have been received from the day the money is received in the My Party Design account. In the case of payment made by cheque, payment will be deemed to have been received on the day that the cheque is cleared in full. If there are delays in the transfer of funds or clearance of cheques, My Party Design will bear no responsibility.

We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the products as described. If for any reason the goods ordered are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute alternative goods provided they are reasonably equivalent in all respects.

Please note that some items included in the party pack and games pack may not suitable for younger children particularly under the age of 3. Please ensure a responsible adult is present when using these items. My Party Design takes no responsibility for the inappropriate use of such items.

Please check the spelling and accuracy of information including the child’s name, age (that they are turning this birthday) address of the party and RSVP details which you enter into the order form. This information will be used as you provide on the order form on the invitations and other pieces in the party pack which include your child’s name and age.

We will correct red-eyes and adjust levels of the photo where required. The cutout/outline of the photo used for the design will be as accurate as reasonably possible. Some fine hair may be difficult to outline and the quality of the final printed products will depend on the original quality of the photo provided including the background of the photo (i.e. how visible the outline of the portrait is). Please note that if you have selected the monster theme – the colour of your child’s face will be painted to match the monster costume. So don't be surprised when your child turns yellow! (of course if you would rather us not to colour their face just let us know!)

We will keep your child’s photograph on file for 30 days after which all records of it will be destroyed.

Any cancellations within 24 hours of ordering will receive a full refund of all payment received. Any refund for a cancellation after 24 hours will be calculated based on all payment received less any costs of production time and materials used.

We maintain the right to cancel an order and refund the customer any money owed less any costs incurred at any time
